Excellent service
I am very happy with how extremely helpful Jessy Ong was in getting me prepared for my trip to Niseko; their services are much needed especially for a first-time visitor such as myself. Jessy went above and beyond making sure my inquiries are addressed and ensuring I make the most out of my trip! I highly recommend their guest services!

Jewel Gomez was a fabulous help to us when it came time to sort through all the bookings we needed for our ski-trip. He was fast getting back to us and handled our requests with care and expertise. It was a very positive experience, and I would not hesitate to use these services again.

My stay at Vale was great
My stay at Vale was great. All staff were excellent, especially Jessy Ong. She helped me with sorting out a shuttle to hotel, despite being a last minute request. That ensured my stay at Vale began with a good start
