I would like to express my sincere appreciation to Gizelle Rondero and the entire The Vale Rusutsu Guest Services team for their outstanding support. From the very beginning of my planning process, Gizelle and the team were incredibly professional, responsive, and detail-oriented. They patiently assisted me with transportation arrangements, equipment rental inquiries, dining options, and all the small but important details that truly make a ski holiday seamless and stress-free. Every question was answered clearly and promptly, and I always felt well taken care of. Their level of service reflects genuine care for guests, not just efficiency. It made a big difference and gave me great confidence ahead of my stay. Highly recommended, and truly deserving of a five-star rating. Thank you for such exceptional service — I very much look forward to staying at The Vale Rusutsu.

Dear Meng Ju We are so grateful for this wonderful review on Gizelle and the guest services team at The Vale Rusutsu! It can be stressful planning a ski holiday, especially in Japan (due to the language barrier), so we're glad the team made it easy. We believe in going Above and Beyond and we're happy the team did this for you! Have a wonderful stay, The Luxe Nomad team
