Great communication
Great communication, helped me book my ski rentals, arranged private transportation and when needed provided me helpful links for public transportation. Joda was friendly, responsive and attentive. I highly recommend using them to arrange your travel plans. Our ski trip to Niseko was wonderful.

My Gold Standard
I have recently returned from an extended stay in Hokkaido and once again, the service provided by the team—specifically Kat and Sharmaine—has been nothing short of exceptional. From the initial booking to resolving on-site requests promptly, their communication is the "gold standard" of professionalism. They consistently go above and beyond to ensure a seamless experience, making us feel like valued return guests every step of the way. Whether it was coordinating our stay at Kozue or assisting with complex travel inquiries, their efficiency and warmth are truly impressive. If you are looking for a team that genuinely cares about your experience in Japan, I cannot recommend them highly enough.

Dear Ian Thank you so very much for taking the time to write this review, as well as your beautifully written email about Kat and Sharmaine which you wanted shared with the CEO - who by the way is replying you here!:) We loved your email and it made everyone's day. I'm so pleased that Kat and Sharmaine went above and beyond to assist you. I used to run reservations personally when we first started the company and our golden mantra was to treat every guest as if it were our family or close friends heading on holiday. We might not get it right 100% all of the time (we are human after all haven't turned into bots just yet!), but I'm glad to say I can see that everyone from our front of house to our reservations and guest experience team - genuinely cares. Thank you again for your kind words, it made me very proud of our team. We hope to welcome you back again next season! Stephanie Chai CEO & Founder

We had a fantastic 5 nights stay at Niseko Kyo in Feb 2026. Service was superb from reservations up to our stay and the team helped us to book everything. Only feedback would perhaps to increase variety for breakfast.

Dear Karbs, Thank you for this 5 star review and I'm glad to hear you enjoyed your stay at Niseko Kyo! Ski in and out, ski valet, private onsens - what more does one need :) We hear you on the feedback for breakfast, it was their first season and we totally agree more variety is needed. Next winter we will have a breakfast chef and a la carte menu - so please do come back again. I have been personally testing the breakfast (they nicknamed me 'Little Miss Breakfast'!), so completely understand where you're coming from. Thank you for staying with us, Steph Chai CEO & Founder

A huge thank you to Gracie, who was extremely helpful, responsive, professional and courteous. The overall service, care, and attention of the NISADE team is top notch. We have been going back to Maples in Niseko for many years and the experience continues to be memorable and iconic. Thank you NISADE!

Satisfactory Resolution
I am delighted to say that following my review cautioning against this company’s rigid returns policy, it agreed to return in full only deposit due to the exceptional circumstances of my case. They were exceedingly helpful once the case had been reviewed by more senior management. I was very happy to be able to get a refund which means I can now rebook more suitable accommodation.

Dear Elizabeth, We're so sorry to hear that you had a bad experience. Our team was following the terms and conditions and its unfortunate they didn't reach out to our General Manager to consult him as he was on leave then. We totally hear you that this was a special situation due to your medical condition and the time to stay. But we're glad that Steph and Rae from our team have sorted this out for you now :) When you get better please do come and visit us in sunny Samui, we would love for you to give us a second chance. Our very best, The Luxe Nomad team
