The Sports presets are an absolute waste of money. Don't be fooled by the advertising showing magnificent looking before and after photos of almost studio type photo's. Horrible results for sports photos in natural light, which is what most of us will be shooting. Give these a miss and learn a bit more about Lightroom instead.

These could be so much easier to use. You guys really need to update your installation methods I downloaded on my phone, now I can’t get any from that package because it says downloaded max reached….yet I can’t find them anywhere on my phone? Can’t download them to my laptop either now because of this. So now I feel I’m out money. Had the second set downloaded to my laptop, not my phone. Then the overlay bundle I received….i really have to move each overlay to a folder and slowly pick through each one….there had to have been a better way of doing this. This seems like such a hassle, I haven’t used any but one. I feel like I wasted $100….

Per your order number, it looks like you purchased our Light & Airy and Fairytales collections - these are unique collections made in-house and should be reflecting changes as advertised on the individual product pages. I bought a product that the description states as for use on Desktop. The link they sent me was for Iphone. I contacted you by email saying that there was a mistake. They said I need to update my software and sent a new link. I can't upload the software because Adobe says it's incompatible. I went back to Luxe Lens and they said they can't refund the money. They should make the information clearer on their product. Don't waste your money with this company.

I am also sorry to hear that you are unable to update your Adobe software on your machine!
