I had a little trouble with the ordering but that could have been my phone. When I texted Little Learners I got a reply back very quickly and it answered my question. I was very pleased with that.

The detailed description of the product was a major factor in my decision to purchase the toddler bike. The website was easy to navigate and make the purchase. I also appreciated the 10% discount.

I felt the item I purchased for my great niece was not the quality I expected for the price I paid. The music it plays is in another language and looks like something I could have paid so much less for! I just hope my great niece loves it and if she does it’s worth every Penny! I’m more upset with myself because I usually research online companies so it’s on me. I just suggest to do your research on other websites like this! It did show up on time. That’s a plus

DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY. I ordered an expensive toy and immediately realised it would not be delivered in time for my grandsons birthday so I cancelled it straight away. They replied straight away that it was ok and then delivered it anyway. It took weeks to come and I was told to return it for a refund. I followed all their instructions to the letter and waited. It took weeks to get there and when I checked the tracking notice they had strangely decided yo return it that same day. I was told to wait till it returned to me and send photos of it so they could try to work out what had gone wrong and then they would refund me. I said that was not good enough as it was not my fault. After a number of extra email exchanges I thought they were not listening to me so I asked if Mille was a robot. Lo and behold she is. The company is a complete sham and con. Then I looked at reviews and found I am not alone. also the reviews on there website are all entirely 5 star and false. In addition I ordered the toy from amazon and it arrived on time and was HALF THE PRICE

I haven't received my purchase yet, but so far, the customer service is over the top. Fast and very professional.

I found your website by following a link in a “Top Grandchildren Gifts for Grandparents” article. I was very pleased to find the Busy House for my 1-year old granddaughter. I’m sure she will love it!

Ordered the giant jelly ball and pump. Ball never inflated to the ball that they advertise. Never got that big. Tried to reinflate and ball had holes. They give a lot of patches for fixing these issues (big clue that this is a problem) but still never worked. Tried contacting customer service. Although they did answer they require pictures of the ball and then ask for pictures of the ball inflated and the holes in it. Ridiculous that you have to jump through so many hoops to try and get a refund on a VERY expensive toy. Word of caution-do not purchase from this company. I have not received a refund-only more questions to make it extremely difficult on the consumer. Do better! Stand behind your products! Never again will I purchase anything from your company!
