Terrible customer service. Sold us a 2 x faulty items. That burnt out. Refuses to refund or pull it from the selves. Would never buy again from them.

Just don't buy from this company. The two products I purchased were actually far smaller than what they were made to look like online. The customer service people must get a chuckle out of helping you through the hoops of getting approval for a return only to discover that the product must be returned over seas at your own expense. The expense would far exceed the cost paid for the toys. The response from the customer service rep was that she would pass this information on to the company leaders. I guess that is when I got the chuckle. Lesson learned. Won't buy here again.

I was looking for something unique and active for a grandchild's birthday! Have purchased from Little Learners before so I trusted in the quality of their products. Ordered an inflatable pogo stick toy for the yard. I think its an old fashioned idea that will be a hit!

An absolute rip-off, firstly I thought I was buying from a proper children’s toy site, not from China, the size of the product was tiny by comparison to the picture, and it was a total waste of money I could’ve got this for about £5, the site pretends to be American, but after you’ve paid and ordered and your product is on its way you find out that it’s actually coming from China where there is no safety regulation of children’s toys and their component parts. This should be banned from ever entering the UK it is dangerous. Delivery time was also appalling which is no surprise considering how far it’s travelled, really disappointed that I didn’t check out the other people’s reviews before I bought.

I don’t usually write reviews but I’ve experienced a lot of difficultly and poor customer service from this company when trying to return an item. I’ve been fobbed off with emails saying my return will be processed once the item has been received but it was sent a month ago and they keep saying the same thing. I wouldn’t recommend buying from this company.

Such unique items & easy to order!

Buyer beware!! Purchased two Tiny Biker for my grandsons 1st birthday. False advertisement, the only language the music comes on is Chinese. Customer service pretended as though she didn't know! What company sells a toy in the Unites States where the nursery songs are not in Enhlish, and states that there is Bluetooth capabilities where there is not. Worst $280 I've ever spent! Makes me sick!

Just received the “Montessori” car play mat, and to be honest this is just Chinese “crap”. There is no way this was worth £28! It is a cheap thin mat with 4 cars and flimsy accessories. You shouldn’t even be able to advertise it as “Montessori”
