Little Learners ToysReviews of thelittlelearnerscorner.com

I purchased the Chess set for Kids - a bit pricey but I wanted something of quality that would last and a good fit for growing fingers. The package was delayed several times on its way (said 3-4 days but took 3 weeks), however the tracking and communication was very good so I didnt feel I had been forgotten after purchase. Millie followed up before and after its arrival to ensure I was satisfied. I am quite pleased with the product and customer service.

I ordered the Giant Jelly Ball & was sent a 5" Glow in the Dark Jelly Balloon that isn't even represented on their website. I complained-they told me to blow it up more which of course only worked until it got to be about 20 inches wide then the surface split. I complained again they sent me a gift certificate suggesting i order again - which i did - got the same wrong product. They just keep telling me it's the same as the Giant Balloon which it simply isn't. The packaging is different, the size is different, and the "straw" to blow up the small balloon is a choke hazard and would never be adequate to fill the Giant Balloon with air or water - both illustrated on their website. Hoping my credit card company will address the product discrepancy and cancel their payment. The response from Little Learners is simply not true. They sent me a different product than advertised on their website. I have the pictures to prove it.

The camera works well although it took a long time to arrive. When it arrived, the camera settings were all in chinese, which I cant read. When I contacted the company, they immediately sent me a manual in English that allowed me to change the language in the camera. I am happy with the product and servie

I am editing my review from one star to two. I initially didn’t think this was a legit company due to the customer service response and the time length it took for us to receive out item we ordered months ago. However, we have received the item. This company first shipped our item to another part of Texas that we live no where around. It took weeks for them to admit their fault. Next they said they were going to reship and the item and never did until I reached after giving them ample time to resend (about a little over a month). It was only then they decided to reship. We finally received the item. I would not order from this company again due to the time length it takes for customer service to respond to any questions and they did not confirm the correct shipping location for the second shipment. It was also sent to the wrong location but thankfully I we ended up with it. This was a very stressful transaction and not worth the hassle. One more thing to add… The phone number on their website is a bogus phone number. I’ve tried calling it numerous times which makes the situation all more frustrating. Don’t offer a phone number if you don’t intend to use it.

Complete fraud. Ordered two products and was given a 24 day shipping estimate. Upon attempting to cancel my order, I was told I could not. I never received my order ever, despite paying $78 and expedited shipping. Horrible scam. Do not buy anything from these scammers.

Please be warned this is not a legitimate company. We never received the products we ordered and they would not reissue the shipment, nor would they reimburse the expense. They simply ignored our inquiries. There is a reason you can always find a sale here--they are just taking the money without delivering the product.

Garden building toy was beautiful and my daughter loves building and re building it. Lady bug game is good, well made but some aspects are in Chinese, box and instructions in Chinese also, which I did not expect for US company. I'd recommend the items I've bought. Customer service is good at replying next day but not good at sending through paperwork requested, a month later and I'm still waiting on an Invoice for goods purchased.

Ordered the bracelet making kit. Had difficulty tracking the shipment, contacted Little Learners and the response was almost immediate. Very happy with resolution. Received the kit, the quality is good, packaged sweetly, a great gift for a young girl. Very happy with Little Learners Corner, will definitely order again.
