This company is a scam. Giving 2 stars because I did eventually receive some items though they are clearly Chinese knock offs and one item was missing from my parcel altogether. Also prices are in USD don't miss that......

Great communication & fantastic customer service. Gorgeous little cameras for my boys to enjoy exploring & capturing their world in!

I placed an order and within an hour contacted them to cancel due to Nana purchasing the same items I purchased. They don't return emails, messages, and when you call within their office hours 9am-5pm, no one answers the phone. They post on their site that you can call them, which I did and no answer. They say they return phone calls, they don't. They say they answer emails within 24 hours, they don't. It's funny that they can't respond to anything, yet they have people to fill orders. I got an email saying my order was being processed, despite asking for it to be cancelled. All around, I would not recommend shopping from this site or company.

Firstly this company lies about delivery. You won’t get your package on time. Secondly, the quality of the toys are rubbish. I paid $190 USD for 3 lots of toys I felt totally ripped off! They have a worth of $10 nothing more. Don’t waste your money.

I ordered a camera online on the 16th of November. I have used the tracking details to confirm that it has been dispatched and is in transit. The last update saying it was in transit was the 23rd of November. I have since sent 2 emails and tried to call the customer service line. I’ve had no response. It is now the 1st of December and I still haven’t received my order or any response from their team. Seriously disappointed! Maybe don’t advertise such efficient shipping times if you cannot guarantee them. They said 2-6 days in Australia. It’s not almost been a month!

I naively thought I had found a reputable online company that would supply quality products for my grandchildren so I ordered and paid $US for 17 products from this company's website - 8 products were unsatisfactory. The others are from Montessori sourced by this company so I trust they will be okay. I am still waiting for the last item. We trust that companies, particularly online ones- as there is no physical store to walk into, will provide the exact goods they advertise they will provide. The Giant Jelly Balloon Ball ended up being called a hiaofaballon decoration balloon- two for one. The 60cm grey elephant baby pillow was not plush as the images advertised. It arrived in an airtight bag wrapped around The Wooden Block Set (too small for toddlers) and the Cheese threading toy (only decent toy in the pack). All were squashed into the mail bag. The Ring Toss Game Set, I could have bought from a local $2+ Shop- lightweight plastic, which was also squashed in its mail bag. Today, I received the five Custom Name Montessori Wooden Boards with dull colours, a scratched letter; a letter with a deep groove; a piece that didn't quite fit and a missing rocket from the Rocket name board, unlike the name boards advertised in their video. I had looked forward to presenting the gifts to my grandchildren. I'm a bit embarrassed to now. Luckily, I have been able to correspond with a staff member, Millie R, as I received the products. I would like to return the 8 unsatisfactory products and receive a refund but their Call Centre for returned products, is in la pugia, Italy. I won't be sending them. I will not purchase any more products from this company nor will I recommend any of their products to anyone. E Baledrokadroka Disgruntled Grandma

Great Customer Service - Had an issue with product supply - One short email and within a day it was all sorted - Wish all other companies were this good - Well done - Weve bought a lot from here now and it has always been a great experience

Overall the toys are great, but pieces are often smaller than they look. Also the price is in USD, so be aware that if in another currency the amount changes.
