I am reading all these reviews from people who have received their orders and have placed orders after me. I have tried to track the order with falcon express and no number exists. I was told it would be processed in 2 days. I expect I am not going to receive this and I have been scammed or the reviews are a invention to such people in.

Faulty VR equipment in which the controller did not work. Did not offer for me to return them to get a new set or a refund. Beware of the quality.

Scam don’t receive the goods

I'm not a 'toy person' but watching my grandson's creativity with this amazes me. Yesterday the airplane was flying vegetables to hungry dinosaurs. Today it's rescuing cats. His imagination has exploded!

we purchased the Pap Bear AI toy and the whole experience has been awful. the toy arrived weeks later than the delivery we paid for. The packaging was cheap, unprofessional, and in Chinese. The instruction manual was in Chinese too, it seems as though you are buying from an American site, yet it certainly isn't. The packaging was for a different product too, we were then sent the instructions in English to find the applications that won't connect to the toy. So it's basically a cheap teddy with wires and a voice box that isn't compatible with the apps it's meant for.

I ordered a 3D pen for my niece’s birthday. It was nearly £40. It arrived a few days ago and the box looks like it’s been sat on, many times. Now these things happen in transit but it’s been their customer service or no service that’s been a shocker. Basically, they said I could send it back, at my expense, and buy it again. clearly breaching the Sale of goods Act but don’t seem to care. They’re taking NO responsibility for the shoddy product and I wouldn’t use them again if my life depended on it. It’s been a total hassle and it looks like I’ll have further hassle as I’ll need to take it up with the credit card company I paid with, as they will be jointly liable. So, if you do lose your mind and order from these charlatans, don’t be stonewalled. Contact the credit card company you used. I know it’s a hassle but don’t be fobbed off by their “friendly” but no help advisors like Millie!

This is not an Australian company! Be very careful when ordering any toys as the currency is US$ and not Australian! They have great products but there is no notification of the price being in US dollars! My purchase was double the price when it hit my CC! Customer service great in offering a discount but I would never have bought if I had been aware!

Purchased the Montessori Busy House as a present for 4-month old grandson, hoping it would be something he could grow into as he gains motor skills. OKAY: Reasonable construction, cute features, numerous activities. NOT SO OKAY: ZERO product info in package, no instructions, no contact info, no care info. BAD: This toy contains little toy "worms" that are far too small for youngsters who still put things in their mouths. The website says, quote: "Is it safe for toddlers who put things in their mouths? Yes! It’s made from non-toxic, BPA-free ABS plastic with smooth edges — completely safe for everyday play. " NOT TRUE. The "worms" are definitely a choking hazard.
