Robot ordered doesn’t work and company is refusing to give a refund despite being notified the same day the item arrived.

I ordered a mini keyboard from this company on 11/17/25. It arrived 3 weeks later in a unprofessional package. The keyboard price was $74 and looks like something from a flea market that woukd cost $10. I contacted Paypal and requested a refund. Paypal requires contact with the company. After many emails to them I finally submitted a return but they have yet to send the shipping label. Reading other complaints it seems the returns go to Italy which is too expensive. I will continue to wait for Paypal to respond with my refund. DO NOT BUY FROM these scammers!!! As of 12/25/25 Paypal refunded my money!!!!

Absolutely miserable experience. This keyboard was $140 onsale for $80. Arrived and this thing looks like something you win a state fair. Couldnt be worth more than $10. Tried returning and they require you to pay the return posted to ITALY! Return shipping is $75! Do not order from this horrible company. Complete scammers.

I have not recieved my parcel as per the timeline suggested at the time of purchase for express delivery. I tried to reach out to customer service team with the issue but there is no response at all what so ever. I had ordered express delivery with DHL for which they charged me but instead was provided with a tracking number of some falcon express not DHL, the website of delivery provider is fake/scam, I tried to reach them but i get an automatedresponse from a gmail.com domain instead of a company website. I tried calling customer service number provided online, but it is not reachable. The email option has had the same fate. Do not bother to spend your money on this website not worth the stress especially when everyone is trying to buy Christmas presents for their kids.

Do not use this company! It is a scam. I still have not received my purchased items. Tracking number not working. When I purchased my order it was in AUD and price changed to USD after order was complete. The company advertises that they are an Australian company situated in New South Wales however this is incorrect. After many emails issues still not resolved

Disappointed in this company. I ordered two items, a keyboard and virtual reality toy for my kids for Christmas. It came in blue not pink and the quality of the item is awful ( and product has misspellings in box) The virtual reality toy is missing the important remote. I contacted customer service and they said I had to pay to ship it back to Italy. The amount of money I paid for these two items plus to return overseas? I’ll be contacting my credit card company on this one. I would be hesitant to order from here if I were you.

I cannot believe this company has even got a rating of 3.8! For a start it is not made clear that the product is coming straight from China so ordered on 1st Dec in plenty of time to see my grandchild on 14th. It didn’t arrive so had to rush out to get something else. It actually arrived today. Which in all fairness isn’t bad seeing as it had to come so far. BUT it is such cheap rubbish plastic. Nothing fits properly. There are so many tiny pieces which really aren’t appropriate for age 1-3 either from a choking hazard but also from a suitability aspect. It looks cheap and gaudy to appeal to a 1-3 year old but the motor skills involved are ridiculously hard both because it is unsuitably designed but also because it has been cheaply made there is no margin of error. Such a terrible product and if it is reflective of their other products you really mustnt bother. It will be useless and just end up broken and in land fill. Someone has to make a stand against these badly made goods. I will certainly be very wary to read where a product is coming from next time- won’t make same mistake twice.
