I ordered the giant jelly balloon ball for my 7 year old granddaughter. It popped after 2 days! The electric pump was faulty. Couldn't even plug it in. We had to use a hand pump! When I emailed the company about it popping after only 2 days, they offered a 5% refund! What a joke!! Are you kidding me?? They also offered 60% discount off of a future order. NO THANKS! I'll never order from this company again. Poor quality and false description of product.

If I could give zero I would… terrible company DO NOT BUY FROM THEM… paid £80 for a learning iPad type game which didn’t work. I contacted them numerous times .. at first they got back asking for photos etc then said after about ten messages they had passed it to another department which is total rubbish… feel like I’ve been scammed AVOID AT ALL COSTS
