The ordering process was easy. The reviews were the main reason for ordering this item along with the company’s website and reputation. I ordered this item for my granddaughter. It is for her birthday.

This company promised my granddaughters birthday gift would arrive on time as I had ordered it in the time limit they say my order would arrive , I’m a pensioner so money is very short , I emailed them and they said we will get your order to you , it still hasn’t arrived and I had to tell my granddaughter I had no birthday gift for her 😢😢 I’m so upset the face on my granddaughter I will never forget days have passed and it still hasn’t arrived 😡😡😡😡😡 I will never order anything from this company and when it eventually arrives I’m sending it back The company have said it will be at my expense this company is awful they don’t care no sympathy for a customer at all

Missing parts when my order arrived and despite early engagement by customer service, the communication fell off a cliff and despite multiple attempts, no engagement back was received for my simple request to post the missing pieces. Quality of toy also poor when arrived and product eats through batteries extremely quickly+++. I will not be buying from this company again

Great Company to deal with, have bought a few things now, nice easy website to navigate, communication on where things are at, product shipped next day after ordering… would certainly recommend!

Good prices

I purchased from their website which promised free returns. The toy I received was unsuitable for a young child. Too many small parts. When I tried to return it, they revealed that they had a policy requiring me to pay postage. They said that the product had to be shipped to Bari, Italy. The postage would have been $70 to return a $60 dollar toy. When I looked at their office address on Google Maps it looks like a vacant lot.

Everything was easy to navigate,product variety was great,ordering and payment was quick and easy

It was ok. I was actually unaware it was an American company until after payment went through and and I saw in my bank account a larger transaction than I expected. No where did it say when ordering that it was USD and not AUD . I feel a little tricked and put out.
