I find the Same jobs on other websites and other free websites have significantly more $100k+ jobs than this one. On the app, I don't like that one needs to select a function category first and then a keyword. I would prefer the function be an option. Some job function categories span multiple functions or are not listed. Example: Director of Sales and Operation can be finance, sales or operations. If you're looking for this keyword, you have to search each function instead of one massive search for everything in the database.

Before discovering The Ladders, I was using another professional network website to source and apply for opportunities. The problem with that website was that I could never know if a recruiter has reviewed or considered my application. The feeling was that my applications were going in a black hole. I have had the pleasure and honor of having a nationally-acclaimed career in pharma sales, and after owning my own business for more than two years, have become a member of The Ladders to secure that next career move. The experience has been challenging: I seldom read of any success stories on The Ladders of those with similar successful career tracks landing that next magical position. I see a lot of recruiter activity on my page, but no actual outreach from recruiters for positions for which I have expressed an interest. I am beginning to question the authenticity of these recruiters, which is something I find disappointing. Yes, landing that next career move can be a numbers game, but surely there should be some activity for someone with my background and passion for sales. Time will tell....

I would love the opportunity to provide Ladders with more then just one career profile, which would enable me to receive several job opportunities verses just New Business Development. I would also love the opportunity to be able to talk to the recruiters and to be considered for more opportunities. I would like to acknowledge the New Business Development Representatives for the number of jobs they have obtained for my specific job profile. One other thought, it would be great if we had a view / or exposure to other job opportunities that might fit my profile & and six figure income opportunity. I might opt for that job since it's readily available and intriguing. Thank you for being an outstanding organization !!
