I am currently working with Lindsay and The Job Sauce. Lindsay, my resume writer and LinkedIn reviewer, has been a great resource in my job search. She is very good at reviewing a resume, asking relevant questions and providing appropriate recommendations. This expert analysis and update to my resume helped my key accomplishments shine and show me as a results-driven leader. She has made my resume more concise, data-driven and manageable for recruiters and hiring managers to highlight as a candidate. Her expert LinkedIn feedback and advice will help me stand out amongst others as it brands me towards that future dream job. Lindsay has made the entire process as easy as possible. Her remarkable response time is unexpected and a breath of fresh air after dealing with the non-responsive proverbial “black hole” of the recruiting process. I will recommend her in a heartbeat. Overall, 5-star experience.

While I was looking for a new job and going through the interview process, Scott provided incredible and unique insight that allowed me to excel and navigate with ease. He gave me detailed options tailored specifically to my situation and followed-up on multiple occasions. Not only did he provide wisdom during the solicitation process, but I received coaching through each round of interviews (for 2 separate jobs) and valuable lessons regarding salary negotiation. I ended up getting the job and definitely feel as if The Job Sauce is a big reason as to why!

I am currently in the process of using Job Sauce and have worked through my resume upgrade with Jessica. My initial coach had some personal challenges and was unable to work with me so Jessica took up my case and I have been very happy with the process. Jessica was open, honest and an absolute pleasure to work with on updating my resume and preparing for the next steps with Job Sauce. I feel like she is truly interested in helping me find the right position and wants to help me realize success. I recommend them highly.

I had the pleasure of working with Lindsay Hirsch to develop a resume that is succinct; yet captures the highlights and accomplishments of my professional career. Lindsay was prompt and listened carefully during the conference call. After reviewing my resume, she followed up with selected questions and helped me think back to what I had accomplished throughout my leadership career. The final product is one that I feel represents me as the results-driven leader that I am. Thank Lindsay and The Job Sauce for your impeccable service.

I had a one-hour phone consultation/strategy call as part of the resume and LinkedIn update service provided by The Job Sauce. I spoke with Smith Gardner who was a very easy and interesting guy to talk with. He asked very astute questions and really helped me to drill down on what my career goals and objectives are. He's a great guy who knows his stuff and if you work with The Job Sauce, which I highly recommend, I hope you get the opportunity to talk to Smith.

After reviewing several resume sites I decided to go with the Job Sauce team. I am glad I did! They were easy to work with and responded to all of my needs. Lindsay Hirsch, my personal resume writer, captured all my career high-points and highlighted them in a way that was attractive to potential employers. Lindsay was amazing! I definitely would recommend The Job Sauce to anyone, thanks again!

More delays and contract hiccups than Bayer has in aspirin (Figuratively speaking). Resume service was great and initial experience was adequate but still looking for that first coaching session weeks after it was promised. Things do happen and I sure had my share of them (2 hospitalizations) but I wouldn't think it takes longer to get coaching than it does to spend for two major stays in the hospital. Seriously believe they are more capable but seem to be over taxed and admittedly weak on the follow through. Might want to consider a different service.

I used the Job Sauce for a resume revamp. Lindsay Hirsch did an amazing job! We got my resume on google docs, and she asked several questions about each position. Once I answered them all, she whipped up a totally new resume for me! She streamlined my job history and brought out all of the key points for each position. I am very happy with her work and would highly recommend the service! I also had a career coaching call with Smith Gardner. Smith was great, gave me some valuable insights, and really helped me focus in on what I wanted in my next job. Winning team, highly recommended!
