I was very impressed with Lindsay Hirsch. I received my updated resume and LinkedIn tips yesterday. Lindsay was very responsive and did a great job on the resume. I sent it to a recruiter I am working with and they are so impressed they asked for Lindsay's name so she can refer other people to her!

I really like the resume and cover letter service. They asked me to copy paste resume content on linkedin so I am hoping it helps. But it would have been better if they suggest some other tactics for linkedin. Overall, I am really happy..

I worked with Lindsay Hirsch and she was excellent, really pulling out the key areas to highlight on my resume. I'm really happy with the presentation, and she was very efficient and responsive. I'm very pleased she made me look good!

I had a wonderful experience working with Lindsay Hirsch. During the initial call, she clearly outlined the process and expectations for completion, and answered any questions I had. We worked together through a Google Doc, in which I provided additional detail to any questions she had about my experience and background. The end result was a completely reformatted resume that really highlighted my skills and achievements, and clearly showed a progression of my promotions. Per Lindsay's suggestions, I also updated my LinkedIn profile and within 30 minutes a company had already reached out to me! I look forward to seeing how this will impact my job search. Thank you so much Lindsay!

My take away is, I think customers with less than 5 years experience with a very rough resume would achieve the best customer value from this company. Interactions started strong but I wasn't happy with the ending experience. I thought their organization of their resume development package and upfront communication was clear. It was great how quickly they worked at the beginning but I felt once they delivered a resume, the collaboration part of working together to fine tune any edits and / or feedback wasn't done well. For example my summary section was not modified from the original format, even when I asked for special attention on this section.

Ron, and his counterparts were very flexible with my time and also very good with following up. I would recommend Ron and the job sauce to anyone that needs help with what they specialize in.

I am trying to reach the support in many ways, I tried your website 3-4 times over the week, and also reached out to the person who initially contacted me. Please respond, I have several urgent questions. This may be the last resort option to be able to reach them :-)

Patty S did an exemplary job asking clarifying questions and elevating the language which resulted in a results driven resume transferring my experiences and skill set for a career change. Katharine F-A role as a job coach was impactful. Her pointed questions, active listening, collaboration and insights were key in clarifying my goals. Thank you Patty & Katharine!
