Working with Lindsay Hirsch was a great experience. Out of all of the recommendations from LinkedIn, Lindsay was the only one who viewed my profile. From there, the phone call was free and easy and Lindsay understood what I was looking for. Lindsay asked pointed questions and brought out the quantitative metrics my resume was missing and brought it to life. The communication was first rate and she responded quickly and the turn around time for my new resume was quicker than I could have imagined. I can’t thank Lindsay enough for the job she did and recommend anyone who is looking for a resume rewrite to use Lindsay. Thank you, Lindsay!

I had an excellent experience with Bryan Durant and Smith Gardner. Bryan Durant worked on my resume and really did a great job. He changed the format, wrote a much better descriptive summary and he also put a lot of more quantitative information to my job achievements. Bryan also gave me some pointers on my LinkedIn profile that I wouldn't have thought of. I worked with Smith Gardner for the coaching session and a lot of the things I had already known but he really asked some telling questions to help me get down to what I want to do next.

Could be better. I am glad I had a professional re-write my resume because it is certainly better compared to the original version. That being said, I did not think it was worth the money. The consultant spent 7 minutes talking to me to understand what I wanted, sent me a bunch of questions asking me to quantify my achievements, re-wrote and left out a lot of important details relating to my field of work. I re-wrote a lot of it and the consultant was kind enough to check and validate.

I had the pleasure of working with Ms Lindsay Hirsch to revamp my resume and I could not be happier with the results. I was pretty skeptical about the service at first but after reading all the positive reviews, I decided to give it a shot and could not be happier. Communication was incredibly fast and she responded to all my emails very quickly despite it being Thanksgiving weekend. She was able to get my resume turned around in a week. I have been applying to jobs consistently since the start of December and have gotten 5 phone interviews so far. I did not see anywhere close to this using my old resume format. To get the most out of the service, I would recommend filling out the questionnaire in the beginning in as much detail as possible so your resume writer knows exactly what you are looking for. Even if you're not 100% happy with it at the end, they will still give you opportunities to tweak it and work with you until you are. To sum this up, I could not be happier and would recommend the Job Sauce and Ms Lindsay to anyone!

Working with Ellen was extremely helpful. Within a few days of our initial conversation I had a completely new resume which I am very happy with.

Communicative and effective! Both Jessica and Lindsay were wonderful to work with. They were communicative, inquisitive, and super professional. Lindsay asked pointed questions within my resume and gave my resume the quantitative polish it needed.

I had a wonderful experience working with Lindsay. She listened to what my expectations were and crafted a resume accordingly. I've very satisfied with the results and the only regret is not reaching out for professional help sooner.
