I started with a document that looked like a list of job descriptions from prior jobs. She was able to transform the resume into a modern format using wording that really stands out from the usual technical resume. She cut it down from 5 pages to 3, and it does a better job of showing what I have to offer a potential employer.

I LEARNED ABOUT THE JOB SAUCE RESUME SERVICE ON LINKEDIN AND WAS IMPRESSED BY THE LEADER ERIN'S PROFESSIONAL ADVERTISEMENT, AS COMPARED TO OTHER PROFESSIONAL RESUME WRITING SERVICES. AFTER INVESTING IN THE PROPOSAL, I WAS CONNECTED TO MY RESUME COACH, LINDSAY HIRSCH, AND WE HAD THE INITIAL SHARING OF THE RESUME DISCUSSION AND TIMELINE OF THE ADDITIONAL ELEMENTS THAT I NEEDED TO PROVIDE FROM HER QUESTIONS PROVIDED. LINDSAY WAS FRIENDLY, VERY SMART AND SHE POSSESSED A SAVVY ABILITY TO DRILL DOWN ON WHAT WAS NEEDED TO IMPROVE THE LOOK, CONTENT AND PRESENTATION OF MY RESUME, I WAS VERY IMPRESSED. AFTER I COMPLETED PROVIDING THE INFORMATION, LINDSAY COMMITTED TO COMPLETING MY RESUME AND PROVIDING LINKEDIN UPGRADE RECOMMENDATIONS WITHIN 4-7 DAYS. EVEN IF IT DID NOT WORK OUT, THE CONFIDENCE AND POSITIVE IMPRESSION I HAVE AFTER SEEING WHAT LINDSAY HAD PROVIDED, AND HOW ENJOYABLE AND PROFESSIONAL SHE WAS DURING THE FEW WEEKS PROCESS, IS EXCEPTIONAL...WHAT SHE DID IS WORTH 10X THE PRICE OF THE PROPOSAL!
