Huge shout out to Tim Knox and The Job Sauce team for being patient, knowledgeable and responsive to my questions in the resume process. Tim was able to craft together an excellent resume that I was able to deploy immediately upon completion. Looking forward to fantastic job opportunities it will generate!!

Tim Knox helped me out and he did an awesome job -- very detailed and thorough and I am extremely happy with my updated resume.

Tim Knox was great! I had not been on the job market in 15 yrs, Tim was very easy to work with and answered all my questions. My resume turned out great thanks to him!

I am very happy with my personal experience with the Job Sauce. I did the full program (not just a resume review, etc.) Expectations were clear enough, and they were clear that you get what you put into the program. Julie was an excellent coach. With her guidance, I was able to refine my search and work my network to land job leads. It’s funny, because they basically tell you their “secret sauce” before you even do the program, but their value is helping you execute on it (and it’s worth it ). I would recommend them for anyone who is struggling with a career search and is open to trying a new approach.

Great service! Briton who was my writer did an amazing job no words can describe how happy I am. Thank you for your hard work.

This was definitely worth the money. I needed a refresh of my resume and Briton Wright was spot on. He set the expectations from the beginning and delivered. Thanks Briton!

So far the customer service has been terrible. To this point I have experienced: 1. Unclear expectations  2. Unclear timelines 3. Missed quoted timelines often by more than a day 4. Missed items from my original resume that are pertinent such as a Masters degree 5. Grammar errors 6. Lack of use of suggested direction as was provided with targeted keywords 7. Over use of certain words in key paragraphs 8. I provided key positions including a job for executive director that I am applying for as an example for what I want my resume to target. I don't believe that this was achieved. 9. Did not question or cross reference LinkedIn profile for consistency - which is something that I also thought was part of the service I purchased to improve my LinkedIn as well as my resume. Even the VP of resume services does not return emails in less than 2 days or even provide an ETA or means to contact her other than email.
