The Job SauceReviews of thejobsauce.com

One to one counseling, loads of resources, accessible coaches, thanks to The Job Sauce for all your help! Truly a great service that broke down my job search into what works and how to make it happen.

I was matched with Briton Wright. He asked great question and really took time to get to know the goals in my resume upgrade. I also had needs for my resume sooner and he did his best to accelerate the completion of my project. He is extremely knowledgeable on what a resume needs to look like and answered all my questions. It has been quite a resume transformation really getting to the core of the important facets of my background. We partnered together on some final edits using google docs functionality which went smoothly. I was extremely happy with my experience and would highly recommend Briton Wright.

I have had a terrible experience with this company, they were Johnny on the spot when it came to talking about the resume writing process and also taking payment. I havent heard from them since i answered their questions on my resume. This has been going on for a month, the longer i wait the more opportunities i lose on out. Save your time, money and headaches on this company. I am starting to believe this is a scam, my next steps will be to write a formal complaint to BBB and also take steps with LinkedIn.

The Job Sauce helped me to refine me resume to present my skills in a coherent way and land the job I wanted. Great value.

The Job Sauce is great with resumes. But that service was 1 step in the career advancement service they provided that made a huge impact on me. What made the biggest difference was the career coaching I've received that ranged in support from career discovery to salary negotiation. The Job Sauce has helped me with 3 different career transitions where I had to navigate decisions between staying with a current employer, plan a transition to a new employer, as well as advocate for a promotion/role change and salary increase. They helped me with all those scenarios leading to positive outcomes. Specifically, the career coaching I received helped me 1) clarify what I value most in my career, then align my search toward that goal 2) prioritize what characteristics I'm looking for in my next work experience to further my career progress 3) The resume service helped communicate my story & experience aligned with the top companies & roles I was applying for 4) preparing and navigating the interview process 5) prepare for salary/benefit negotiation! The results from the resume and coaching services I received helped me successfully get 5 job offers, navigate multiple career transitions and negotiate an increases in my annual salary by over 60%.

I would give my resume writer Tim Knox 5 stars but overall The Job Sauce gets 4 because they don’t actually rewrite your LinkedIn profile as well. Include that and the Job Sauce would be a 5 star service. Tim Knox was personable, responsive, listened to my input, and produced an excellent resume that I was proud to give to employers! I would recommend them to others!

Stop you search for a resume service. This place is phenomenal. Sonja took the time to actually listen during our initial phone screen and take my garbled mess of notes, thoughts, and concerns and turn it into a first rate product. As I started my search I was apprehensive and here two companies to produce a resume (more money than sense I guess). The Job Sauce delivered a gorgeous product that I'm proud to submit. For twice the price at the other company I became the proud owner of an unusable piece of sh.. garbage. Sonja worked her magic and turned me into a top performer, at least on paper. I can't recommend them enough. Please do yourself a favor.. Hire The Job Sauce and ask for Sonja... You will love the results.

So happy with my experience at job sauce! I was assigned the writer Briton and I couldn't have asked for a better partner. We had a first conversation over the phone where he shared more on his background, his experience level and the kind of person he was. I appreciated how open he was with me and how empathic he was towards my experiences. He explained very well how the whole process would work with the resume & LinkedIn package I bought. Briton was efficient in his work and was able to review and start working on my new resume quickly. I appreciated his patience, how detail-oriented and thorough he was in his communication with me but most of all he was just an extremely pleasant, friendly and sincere person to work with. I love my new resume! Briton truly listened to my needs, helped create a red thread throughout my career and make it look professional and fit for the career I aspire to have. I'm proud to say I was his first international client and would recommend him to all my friends who are in need of a resume update. Thanks again Briton for all your help and hard work!
