Not only was my resume better written and more clearly displayed after Paige reviewed it, I felt like I made a professional connection that will last a lifetime. Paige’s service at The Job Sauce was incredible and I recommend her to anyone. Paige—I look forward to coming back for the next time!

I finished my updates last month and was told it would take 5 days to complete my resume. It was explained if it was Urgent, I could have it sooner. Well, I had a job opportunity and explained it would be urgent. I never received it, not even within the set 5 days. I asked again about my resume on the 6th day. I was told it was almost finished. I have all the emails to Caroline G and even reached out to Eric F. It is now 32 days later, Job Sauce has my money but I do not have a resume. Next step is to contact the BBB, LinkedIn, and any other social media outlet.

I came to Scott for salary negotiation coaching after I received an offer at my dream company. I wanted to earn $10k more so we weren't far off, but I wasn't sure how to ask for it without burning any bridges or seeming ungrateful when they had already made a bunch of concessions for me like being able to work 100% remote instead of relocating to DC. Scott asked a ton of questions to fully understand the scenario then had me practice exactly what to say. Just like he said, they came back with my target salary and I accepted! I wouldn't have felt comfortable doing this without Scott's help and my new employer relationship is off to a perfect start. Thanks Scott!

Before working with Eric and The Job Sauce, my resume didn't come close to making me look like a good fit for my desired career path. I had job responsibilities but lacked descriptions regarding my accomplishments. My formatting also needed a lot of work. Now, my resume looks incredible and it landed me an interview for my ideal job in baseball operations! Thanks Job Sauce!

Amanda Somers was extremely helpful. As someone needing to put together a resume following 18 years with the same company in a very specific industry, Amanda provided fantastic advice in coaching me through how my accomplishments would transcend across many industries. It's often too easy to get caught up with industry - specific jargon, and it was extremely helpful for me to generalize key accomplishments while still providing very specific measurable outcomes.
