There was some delay in the customer support. But once they replied I received the help I needed. I bought the Jacket to ship to Estonia and was delivered after 5 days, but i didn't expect to pay customs, that can be something you have to read about for the respective country you live in. The jacket is quality material and the tailoring is pretty ok. I bought the leather jacket blazer and i normally wear suit and tie then the small details can be a bit irritating, however if you don't care about small details then you should go for it. There could be adjustments in the tailoring for the leather jacket blazer. One side of the lapel is sticking out, it should rest on your chest. The flap in the back is pointing out, i fixed it to sew it in place but it will be a permanent hole because its leather. Also the neck of the blazer leaves room in between the neck and the blazer, so you have to constantly pull the jacket down and adjust your posture.

Do not buy from here , if you want a leather jacket it is faux leather.

I ordered the Noah Black Leather Biker Jacket. It was a custom order so it took longer to get to me, but support was always responsive to my messages. After receiving the jacket I am very happy with it. It fits my measurements, and the leather is very soft. I look forward to buying from The Jacket Maker again.

Mixed experience. Had to wait 2 months for the made to measure jacket to arrive but there was reasonably good communication. The jacket is actually very nice and the quality is very good also. Leather feels and smells premium. Be prepared to be a bit more patient with made to measure orders.

My daughter bought a beautiful leather jacket for me as a Christmas gift from The Jacket Maker. Unfortunately, this gorgeous jacket was too small so I exchanged it. The customer service was unbelievable! We had several emails back & forth to ensure the size was right and info regarding delivery etc. The service I received was the BEST I've ever had in my 71 years. These people really care & the jacket is GORGEOUS.

Originally I would have given only one star as the jacket was a poor fit and too tight on the upper hip to do up the zip. Then it was going to cost over $100 to send it back. Amazingly, they sent me a courier voucher and replaced the jacket with one that is a perfect fit. I think that any company the makes sure they get it right in the long term is pretty good.

We ordered a jacket from them on 16 January and have had communication that it's now being shipped. Will be glad to receive it, hope it's as good as it looks on the website. TJM need to communicate more. David.
