I made an error in my initial order and contacted customer service before the jacket was shipped. Customer service was excellent and the jacket was shipped with the modifications I requested. The quality of the hides was excellent as was the fit.

I've ordered 2 jackets from The Jacket Maker and both are great. Unfortunately the first one was slightly large and I didn't get around to initiating a return so I'm stuck with it, but the actual jacket itself is very well made. The turnaround between ordering and receiving the jacket was really quick too. The second jacket was a custom made to measure item I ordered - that process took a lot longer (almost 2 months from putting in the custom request to receiving the jacket) but it turned out great. Same excellent construction, and getting it MTM made a big difference as far as fit is concerned and was really not that much more expensive than the base price for the same jacket off the rack. All in all, I highly recommend.

The Jacket Maker is a fantastic company - they provide a quality product at a great price point, and they combine quick and responsive customer service as well. I recently ordered a jacket from them and I was a little confused about the fact that they don't start on your jacket until you order it because each one is custom made. I reached out to customer service and they immediately responded with the information as well as a follow-up with tracking info when the jacket did ship about 5-7 business days after the date my order was placed. I have had clothing and jackets custom tailored that didn't fit as well as the jacket from The Jacket Maker fit me! I am an adult male with a very slender build and finding clothes that fit me in the US market can be a daunting task. (Most clothing is marketed to the 'standard' American body type, not thin or slender builds.) The Jacket Maker's size information was perfect, and within two weeks of placing my order I had a perfectly fitting, custom made leather jacket that I am very pleased with. I will be ordering more jackets from them in the near future. They get my highest recommendation!

The jacket fit great, and the quality was awesome, the jacket got to me sooner than expected

At first I ordered size small of the jacket but it was a tad small for me. My nephew saw it and liked it so much that instead of asking for a refund, I exchanged it for my nephew’s size of medium and gave it to him and he’s very happy with it. I would also like to mention that delivery was super fast! Thank you!

I chose to have The Jacket Maker create a custom jacket for me. The jacket design was exactly as I had drawn and requested. The fit was perfect, and the leather color was exactly what I was looking for. So, the quality of the product was 5 stars, but it took a lot longer for them to complete it than the advertised 8 to 12 weeks. It was around 18.5 weeks. So, I subtracted one star for long production time. Communication was excellent. They even asked me to repeat the shoulder and sleeve measurements, as based on their experience the proportions of my measurements were a little off. Those 2 measurements are difficult to do on oneself, and when I repeated them their suggested measurements were correct. Overall, I received a very high quality custom leather jacket. I will likely buy from them again!
