Great customer service, very helpful, friendly and fast. I love the flare leggings I ordered, super soft and fits nice, the price is right.

Ordered a very stylish outfit from Iuga. Wonderful soft material. Unfortunately I believe I may have mistakenly ordered the wrong size top. Customer service was wonderful about getting the correct size ready to send out to me. With the quality of the product and the great service, I'm definitely recommending Iuga to my friends and family.

I received my order and found that I needed the items a smaller size. Kikyo in customer service was so helpful! She offered two options, a gift card for the purchase amount or to send the items in a smaller size. I had the choice! And I don’t need to return the original items to get the gift card credit! So easy to resolve my issue. I will def stop IUGA again. Love their products and service!

I ordered IUGA quick drying swim shorts and they arrived within a few days. The shorts are well-made and very comfortable. Unfortunately, I need a different size. When I reached out to return the shorts, Kikyo was prompt with her response. They were sending me a different size and I was to keep my current pair to share with a friend! I think that is an awesome business move! Thank you IUGA!

A girl posted a tik tok video of her wearing the tennis dress with shorts and I ordered because it looked so cute and comfy!! I’m so glad I did because I was blown away at the quality of the tennis dress was made of! Super super soft and cozy, it even has padding so you don’t have to wear a bra!! I love a good pair of leggings or shorts with a pocket for my phone and under the dress it has the shorts with a pocket for my phone! I was like a kid in a candy shop, I love it and I need to buy different colors! So if you are on the fence about buying it! Do it! You won’t be sad! Thank you IUGA for a great quality brand of clothing!

This was my first time purchasing the Iuga products, so I bought a variety of items (shorts and leggings). I discovered that I did not care for the PowerTight line because I did not like that much compression. I liked the FlexTight line much better. I contacted Customer Support for an exchange, and they were so quick to make it right for me. Thanks so much!

I love IUGA PowerTight Sandwich leggings!! They are so soft, smooth and feel amazing on. They provide perfect compression on my mid-section WITHOUT creating any "overspill" at the top of the waistband! The waistband also does not roll down during any of my workouts (intense cardio or strength). I am literally IN LOVE with this style of IUGA leggings! I wish they would come out with some patterns so I could buy more!! I decided to try another style of their leggings that unfortunately didn't work out for me, but I don't think it was the leggings, it's just my body. Because I was so happy with the PowerTight Sandwich leggings, I assumed I would love this other style as well, so I ordered 4 pair. When they didn't work out as I had hoped, I sent an email to IUGA customer service letting them know I needed to return them. They responded with 2 options for me....they can replace my items or they can send me a gift card for the amount of my purchase and with both of these options I WAS NOT REQUIRED TO SEND THE LEGGINGS BACK THAT I WANTED TO RETURN! I was amazed they would allow me to keep the leggings AND replace them or send me a GC! With products and service like this, IUGA is gained a long-term customer out of me!

Bought a couple sports bras that were very comfortable. However I prefer a slightly tighter band so I requested an exchange. Company went out of their way to make it right.
