I had ordered 2 skirts and 1 didn't fit. I requested an exchange of the one that didn't fit. I received a very nice email indicating they were shipping the correct size AND I was welcome to keep the one that didn't fit and gift to someone else. Now that is excellent customer service.

They are trust worthy. They offered to help me with an exchange. Went over and above to be sure I was happy with my product. I was skeptical. They proved me wrong!

I rarely write reviews on a product but my experience with IUGA was excellent. I ordered a pair of leggings and was not happy with the fit. I contacted them and received a quick response and given two options to fix the problem. I was sent another size very quickly and I love the fit and the softness of the leggings. I will be ordering more from this company.

I love this brand, the quality is amazing and the prices are really affordable. Also customer service is great, I had an issue with one order that didn’t fit when I tried it. They replaced my order in less than 24 hours.

I absolutely love the PowerTight Sandwich No Front Seam Leggings - they are so soft and compress in all the right places. In my last order, I wanted to try a different pair. The new pair was a high quality pair but the fit wasn't as perfect as the PowerTight Sandwich, so I asked to do an exchange. The customer service response was prompt and extremely helpful. They have already sent the replacement and allowed me to donate the pair that didn't fit. Amazing service! I would buy these tights again and again and recommend to anyone looking for quality products.
