I wanted a pair of flared leggings. I found out when my ordered arrived, in just a few days, that I accidentally ordered the wide leg leggings instead. I just didn't like them. Nothing wrong with them just not what I wanted. I emailed UIGA customer service and in a very short time received an email from them saying I can keep the wide leg pants so I didn't have to pay for shipping to send them back and they sent me a gift card, via email, for the total price!! I was amazed that a company actually would do that. I've already placed my order for the flared leggings I wanted in the first place. Can't wait to get them. Highly recommend this company because of their customer service and their products!

I have several IUGA leggings. LOVE them. Recently I bought a pair of flared leggings. They didn't look great on me. It was not the leggings problem, it's my problem. When I emailed them, they were quick to respond and to make everything right. It's one thing to have a good product but it's an even better thing to know there is GREAT customer service to make sure you're satisfied.

Just placed 2nd order with Iuga after a first successful leggings order a few months ago. This order included more leggings (perfect fit, soft, and hold everything in), and exercise bras -- alas, the size i ordered didn't fit properly. Customer service directly ordered replacement in different size and indicated I could donate/give to a friend the size that didn't fit. No back and forth, no post office line, no complicated exchange. Hope this 2nd size fits -- I'd be thrilled to find ONE brand for BOTH tops & bottoms.

Not only are the products affordable,great, durable and long lasting, the customer service is exceptional. I needed to exhange sizes. They responded immediately, looked to resolve to my satisfaction and had new products out to me immediately.

I love their swim shorts. So soft and stretch well. I ordered some of the stretch jeans, but they were too long so asked for return. They answered immediately because I asked during the week. The return was handled without problem. I will be ordering more thing with them for sure. Sue P
