I bought six sports bras from IUGA. The bras are comfortable and functional, but my experience with their return policy was frustrating. Their website promises a full refund, but I was only given a partial refund because their warehouse is in a remote location, making returns costly for them. Their "convenient alternative solution" clearly favored them, not me. For a multi-item purchase, this was especially disappointing. The product quality is decent, but the lack of transparency and failure to honor their policy is unacceptable. 2/5 stars—proceed with caution and clarify their return policy before buying.
