The Irish Jewelry CompanyReviews of theirishjewelrycompany.com

First of all, the ring itself was gorgeous. My review is not about the product, but about the customer service experience. We placed our order but never received a confirmation email or any way to track the package. It eventually arrived about 1½–2 weeks later, so while that was a little frustrating, it wasn’t a huge issue. Unfortunately, the ring was too small. Again, not a big deal and certainly not the company’s fault. I reached out to customer support on August 29 to request an exchange. After not hearing anything, I followed up on September 3 and was finally given the information needed to begin the exchange process. I completed the paperwork, sent the ring back, and paid for shipping with tracking. Once I received confirmation that the package had been picked up, I reached out again on September 10 to make sure they had received it. I followed up again a week later, and then once more three days after that. I never received a response. At that point, I essentially felt like I had been ghosted by customer service. My support ticket still says “open,” but in the meantime, my original order was refunded without any communication. I appreciate that I received my money back, but the entire process was incredibly frustrating and felt unnecessarily difficult. I was trying to complete a simple exchange, and after multiple attempts to get an update, I was left without any communication and the order was simply refunded. Again, the ring itself was beautiful, and I would have been happy to exchange it for the correct size. Unfortunately, after how difficult it was to get any response or assistance from customer support, I wouldn't feel comfortable ordering from this company again.

These Shamrock Stud Earrings are the cutest! I wear them all the time, especially around St. Patrick's Day but they are perfect for any day. The design is simple yet elegant and they are very comfortable to wear for work on the phone. Great value for the price and I love supporting a company that celebrates Irish heritage

I bought the Claddagh Trinity Knot Pendant as a gift for my sister, who loves all things Irish. She was delighted with it ! The pendant is beautifully made, with intricate details that really stand out. It is a great size, not too big or small and the chain is of good quality. She wears it every day and it always gets compliments. The Irish Jewelary Company has a wonderful selection of meaningful jewelary and their customer service is top notch!

The website www. theIrishJewelryCompany. com appears to be bogus. Took my credit card and billing information and then never processed an order or replied after six attempts to contact them. DO NOT TRUST THIS SITE

I purchased St. Brigid earrings for my nieces confirmation and after I made the purchase I wanted to contact the jewler, I have not received the item and to my suprise they do not privide a phone number, which I find to be sketchy. I sent 2 emails, will someone please reach out to me. It is frustrating to make a purchase and you don't have the item and can't contact anyone. I will rate 3 stars to give you a chance to contact me and would appreciate a phone number. I may need to change my rating. 1/11/25 I am still waiting on a response and may need to cancel my order, this is unprofessional not yo provide a number to call and then not respond to emails. I will report to thr better business bureau soon if I do not get a response. I want to get this order in time for my Goddaughters confirmation. I recieved my order but no response at all. Not responding shows a lack of professionalism and respect.

Order placed & confirmed on 6th December, still no sign of the items and no reply from the company to my emails/contact, tracking number doesn't give any update. AVOID BUYING FROM THIS COMPANY FEELS VERY MUCH LIKE A SCAM AT THE MOMENT but am prepared to be proved wrong

The jewelry I ordered is quite nice. The customer service was very lacking, and I wish I'd shopped elsewhere, as the entire transaction was a huge headache. This company does not reply to emails and there is no phone number with which to contact them if you have an issue. Edit: During the Paypal dispute with this company, they claimed that they had sent me several emails. You can see in their reply that they say they were delayed in responding to me. They claim in a dispute with another customer that her email filter settings must be too strong. Odd that this company has so many problems with so many people, yet it's everyone else's fault.

I realy like to wear this piece of jewelry. The stylish attractive and stunning. I realy like the superb design.
