I purchased St Brigid earrings
I purchased St. Brigid earrings for my nieces confirmation and after I made the purchase I wanted to contact the jewler, I have not received the item and to my suprise they do not privide a phone number, which I find to be sketchy. I sent 2 emails, will someone please reach out to me. It is frustrating to make a purchase and you don't have the item and can't contact anyone. I will rate 3 stars to give you a chance to contact me and would appreciate a phone number. I may need to change my rating. 1/11/25 I am still waiting on a response and may need to cancel my order, this is unprofessional not yo provide a number to call and then not respond to emails. I will report to thr better business bureau soon if I do not get a response. I want to get this order in time for my Goddaughters confirmation. I recieved my order but no response at all. Not responding shows a lack of professionalism and respect.
