HORRIBLE I ordered online since November 4th,2024 , today is December 1st,2024.No package submitted to USPS.Every times that I checked my tracking number “the label is created but not yet in the system” and that since day one.I sent a lot of emails on their website and everywhere.They didn’t even bother to reply.

The picture was very different to the reality. Thought it was genuine ralph lauren but what they sent me was not even close. Would not have even minded a good fake but it was made out of sock material. Tried to return but the support email doesn't work. They literally sell you something then disappear so you can't return it after. £51 down the drain. Order #2772

Horrible. Poor quality clothing. I purchased a Ralph Lauren track suit. It’s cheaply made and too small. The company refuses accept returns. Order #1786. In response to your reply it was supposedly a Ralph Lauren product. Please be accountable. Thank you.

Have had a custom engagement ring made from this company and a 10mm two tone Cluster/ Baguette Chain- that literally turns heads. Highly recommend. Been with this company for years now.
