My custom grills did not fit my mold nor my teeth. I was instructed to bend the myself to try to adjust and tighten them, that didn’t work whatsoever. There were no other options given. Highly disappointed. I will never order again.

I ordered a $600 pair of grillz 6 top 6 bottom and after ordering I realized it was gold plated. I have some gold plated jewelry that lasted 2-4 years so I was looking for reviews seeing if these last the same, I found several reviews saying they lasted less than 1 year. I believe for $600 only being able to use them for less than a year is not worth it for me. I contacted them asking to cancel my order. Instead of canceling they sent me several videos of their grillz and told me they’re sure I’ll be happy. I know for a fact I will not be happy with grillz that last less than 1 year for $600. I insisted on a refund. They then told me I’ll have to pay $45 for the mold because they can’t use it after I have — yet I have yet to receive the mold. I told them that and you can clearly see on my tracking it wasn’t sent out yet. Now it has been send out and I’ve still yet to receive it. I told them to contact usps to get them to send it back instead of delivering it to me and they say they cannot do that. I contacted usps myself and asked and they said the sender has to intervene and they would send it back. These people want any penny they can get from me. It’s ridiculous and also my fault for not realizing this is gold plated. I’ve now been waiting to hear back from them about what to do about this. Haven’t received mold still and haven’t heard back about my refund as I’m not interested. Them sending the mold knowing I wanted to cancel was just their way of prolonging the process of getting my refund. I would not recommend them unless you want to pay $600+ for costume jewelry.

They are a complete scam. Misleading information online saying money back guaranteed (they harass and bully yoj to not get your money back) List shipping and molding kit as free online(charge you for both when you want to terminate services based on THEIR poor customer service) Tried to make me pay out of pocket for shipping so I requested a refund and they MADE me continue being a customer by ignoring my request and continuously selling me a dream of making it better. Then after they send a mold jit they try to make me pay out of pocket again and then deduct 45$ from my refund as if it wasn’t stated online for free. I was called fam & sis multiple times from a Chinese man which made me feel racially profiled. Also did not admit his wrongs with how much he is attempting to refund me. They are indeed a scam and they remove bad reviews and make their own reviews.

Sorry company already, I have emailed, texted them, even reached out the their instagram. They don’t answer. I keep asking for perm cuts they won’t respond and let me know they changed the order. I haven’t even gotten my mold processed yet. They won’t help and I spent over 900+ I gave them my email and number they won’t answer. I hate company with trash customer communications.

MY GRILLZ DO NOT FIT, THEY ARE CHEAPLY MADE AND IT TOOK OVER 3 MONTHS TO GET HERE. STOPPED REAPONDING WHEN I SENT SEVERAL PROOFS OF THEIR WRONG DOINGS AND MY CONCERN AND NO WORD BACK. NO MONEY BACK, AND THEY ARE BASED IN CHINA THEY COSPLAY AS A US COMPANY. PRODUCT IS TERRIBLE QUALITY.

Horrible service

Well for starters this review is extremely late. However I think it’s important to share my experience. So my grillz got stuck with Customs for like 6-8 weeks because the shipper wrote on the invoice my grillz are describe as a watch. Also I got gold and white enamel looking grillz which had a nice design I might say. But the grillz don’t fit naturally on my teeth. I don’t know why, I’ve seen other people with gold grillz that fit naturally to the teeth. My grillz protrude out of my mouth so when I close my lips my lips poke out making the shape of my mouth look unnatural. Pretty much they don’t fit and the gold over the silver is to tough to bend. Overall I’m very unsatisfied with my purchase and won’t be buying from ice giant again. I highly recommend going somewhere that’s has a physical store. This might be better. My wife purchase grillz from This company also but hers turned out pretty good. Idk why mine didnt. Oh well! My fault I guess 1000& down the drain. Don’t buy from them. No matter what they said they did to compensate me or to make it right. Reality is you can’t make it right without me spending more money. Go get your grillz done in a shop you can physically walk into.

As an affiliate, I generated sales and waited for the scheduled payout. Instead of being paid, my commissions were removed and support stopped responding. Transparency and communication were lacking. I cannot recommend their affiliate program.
