Icegiant did a great job with my custom grills. The process take a little bit of time(2 1/2 months all together) however they are attentive during the process and receptive to any questions asked in a timely manner. I would highly recommend

First off, the product is amazing! I’ve received so many compliments on my bottom grillz. The ordering process was seamless, and working with Shirley has been nothing short of A1 service. From the molding kit to keeping me updated throughout the production and shipping process, she made everything smooth and stress-free. Unfortunately, I needed a replacement and the first person I thought of was Shirley. She not only responded to my message right away but also made the reordering process even easier. It took less than 10 minutes! I just want to thank her for doing an amazing job and making my experience so enjoyable. I’m definitely a lifetime customer and will be recommending her to all my family and friends

They had such great service. Right when I purchased they sent me txt messages, updates, and instructions on everything. If I had a question they were alway there to answer. Now the Grillz were perfect! Perfect fit and stunning display. Definitely worth the money.

I’m honestly blown away by how responsive the customer support is As for the product, I couldn’t be happier. Everything came exactly how it looked online, the quality was even better than I expected, and it was packaged really well. You can tell they take pride in what they do. Just ordered from you guys a moissanite yellow chain a few days ago and still have received my confirmation, I’ve emailed you guys and still have no gotten a reply. So I’ll be back with either a great review or bad one.
