I ordered two bracelets from this company. There was a slight issue with the shipping because it was getting delivered to an APO address but it was dispatched thorugh DHL. I had to provide an alternate address in the United States for it to get shipped there. Luckily, I still have my home in the US, so I was still able to have someone grab it and ship it to me. The customer service worked with me through the entire process. Once I received the jewelry, I was very pleased in the quality and the shine of each piece. I will continue to order from them and they ensured me that the next order can be shipped the way I request it, I really appreciate how they stood with me throughout the process. That goes a long way with me.

This company/place deserves ZERO STARTS and if I could that’s definitely what they need. Customer service is horrible, they respond back whenever they feel like it. You’re texting on more than one sources and constantly going from Instagram and IMessage. They waste your time until you’re ready to cancel and then they tell you that you have to pay a fee for the lack of communication, customer service, and still have failed on multiple occasion to provide a confirmation email with the receipt of what I order. I do not recommend and would suggest just finding a place more trustworthy. No sense of urgency and have no idea how to communication with their customers. There’s not a number you can contact for updates which is extremely risky because they can take as long as they want and once you get your mold and are looking to send it back you don’t have anywhere to look because you have to wait for them to send you the address. Overall horrible experience and would never order from them again

Best quality that I've seen off of any site. The chain shines at night. Stays hitting. Gets a crazy amount of attention. Will be buying much more from them!

Was sceptical at first buying from an online vendor, made my oder of a bracelet and necklace. They look perfect and pictures don’t do it justice. Their team are easy and straightforward to speak to when I had issues due to ordering the wrong size. Will definitely be back to buy more.

Received two products.. craftsmanship is is phenomenal. One of the rope chains was defective so they sent a replacement and received it quickly!! Definitely will shop in again in the future!!
