I’ll start by stating the process. From ordering to mold shipping everything was perfect they are very friendly and helpful they send two mold incase you mess up on one and verify that the mold looks good. Now from the mold being received to now. They claim to take 3-5 weeks after they received the mold it took 9 weeks. It took them like a month and a half just for the CAD design and when I told them they should’ve been further along in the process they tried to gaslight me with the dates like I didn’t read it right and it’s literally posted on the site. They “rushed the order” for me and it still took bout double the time (9 weeks), when I finally received them I took the wrapping off and a piece of the grill came out. I love the grillz though and I intended on keeping them so I asked to just super glue it down after about 24 hrs literally the next day another piece came off and chipped. I got the opal piece grillz literally the opal on the grillz is thinner than a fingernail it’s super thin like it doesn’t feel like it’s worth 1300 aside from it being white gold. Now I’m messaging them and it’s not going through when originally we texted fine so I’m hoping it’s a service issue. In all I wouldn’t say I’m satisfied with the experience but I’m hoping they find a resolution

It took 4 months to get here

Ordered 5mm spiral knot chain. Came and it’s nice but I noticed it was small. So I measured. It’s only 3.21-3.67 mm. I contacted ice giant. They told me I was wrong and take it to the jeweler. I did just to prove a point. And again it’s not 5mm. It’s 3.21-3.67mm. I sent pictures to ice giant to prove this. I sent emails. I haven’t received anything from ice giant after pictures. I would not recommend. I would spend money elsewhere and get exactly what I paid for not something they false advertise. Only reason why I gave 2 star. Item is nice but not what was advertised.

Just ordered from you guys a moissanite yellow chain a few days ago and still have received my confirmation, I’ve emailed you guys and still have no gotten a reply. So I’ll be back with either a great review or bad one.
