Hello Roselene, We’re very sorry your Cichlids perished. We would have liked the opportunity to work with you when you first observed signs of ill health. We’re not quite sure what the exact timeframe was that they perished after you received them but If you’d notified us we may have been able to recommend treatment, advise on tank parameters and tankmates or offered another course of action to rectify the situation. We certainly would like to know how the fish appeared and behaved upon receipt and once acclimated as a start. We are always more than happy to work with our customers if they are having difficulty with the fish they received from us. We are sorry this was your experience with us and wish we had the opportunity to look further into the situation.
