Ordered a ten pack of discus. They arrived next day. Communication was great. Fish were packaged individually in bags. Heat pack was nice and warm. Accumulated the fish exactly as directed. All fish were alive. 9 fish looked great. 1 looked a bit rough. A week later all ten are thriving. All are eating. Beautiful colors. I wish there was a bigger variety of color. Most are orange colored some with patterns. I also wish there was a list of what kind they are. So I know which is which. I would absolutely buy again.

We couldn’t find any prior communication from you—either by phone or email—so we’re unsure where the information came from regarding the compatibility of the fish you selected. Additionally, without knowing which specific fish were affected, it’s difficult for us to determine what might have gone wrong. Reviewing your order, we noticed that you primarily purchased Tetras, with only one of each type. While Tetras are excellent community fish, they thrive best when kept in groups of the same species. This allows them to school together, which offers them a sense of security and protection from potential stress or aggression from other fish in the tank. Different types of Tetras generally won’t school with one another, which can leave them more vulnerable. Without more details, it’s hard to say exactly what happened, but we’re sorry that this was your experience.
