Great customer service.
Great customer service. I ordered 6 discus, 5 beta, and 2 pleco. one discus and one wild beta was dying to the next day other than that all the fish doing very well and healthy. Thank you

We have a Live Arrival Guarantee and would like to verify if the two fish perished in which case we would consider issuing a refund or a credit toward a future order. I have never ordered koi online before…
I have never ordered koi online before so I was skeptical. I ran across the iFish Store's website and ordered 2 koi. The customer service was excellent as there was a short delay in getting me what I wanted but the communication was excellent. The fish arrived with instructions and after following them I was able to see that fish were not stressed from the trip. Due to the ample packaging I couldn't see them well until I was finally able to put them in my pond. Stunning is the only word I can think of -- I was sent 2 beautiful fish! If I had a larger pond I would be purchasing more. One more thing, I had a follow-up question and received a quick reply. The customers at this store are much more than a number.

All of six discus fish were delivered…
All of six discus fish were delivered healthy except one who was lying to its side (maybe due to the stress during the shipment) and eventually died this morning. All others are now doing well still little bit shy but swimming freely now.

It was a great Experience I love the…
It was a great Experience I love the fish but one died the same day I got it and I asked for red Oscar but you sent me orange tiger Oscar I really wanted the red ones that’s what I paid for other then that I would order again and I would like to get what I paid for

Hello Jeanette; So that we're clear on the current situation so we can rectify it, we show that you ordered (2) Red Oscars, a Cobalt Blue Zebra Cichlid and an Electric Blue Ahli Cichlid. We're sorry to hear that one of the fish perished during transit. We have a Live Arrival Guarantee and would like to offer you a refund or a credit toward a future order for the perished fish. But can you tell us what fish was DOA so we know if we have one DOA and one replacement situation here or was it just that one of the Oscars died and it happened to not be the Red Oscar that you ordered. This way we'll know if we need to provide a single refund/credit alone or address an issue of two fish (one a DOA and one a replacement). I ordered 12 discus this week
I ordered 12 discus this week. Two of them died and I called customer service immediately. Their service was excellent. The rest of them are pretty good now. I would keep buying dish from them and recommend this store to other people.

I’m so happy with the selection of fish…
I’m so happy with the selection of fish that you sent me could not have picked better fish out in a store myself I’m so very happy I found you guys. Shipping is a bit expensive
