The iFISH StoreReviews of theifishstore.com

The fish arrived very lively and without and fin or body damage. The 4 Oranda Goldfish we ordered were really small so they were all in one bag. That was the only thing I may have requested differently would be to maybe put 2 fish per bag max to help reduce on the toxicity in the bag at time of shipping. However, as I mentioned before, our fish were small enough and there was no physical damage to them and they all survived their first few nights in quarantine! Thank you!!!

The customer service is amazing. One of the fish I ordered (out of 6) died the day after arrival & they refunded me for it no problem. I sent them pictures of how the fish looked upon arrival & when it died. I don’t know if that was mandatory but I thought it was necessary. I also ordered 6 more fish, then the next day I ordered one more fish. I paid for shipping on both orders. They decided to ship them both together since they were ordered so closely together and refund me one shipping fee, which I thought was so generous & nice. They quickly respond to emails & are friendly. Once they ran out of one fish I ordered out of 7 & called me & asked what I’d like to replace it with. All of the fish I’ve ordered have been discus & you can’t beat the quality & price of them on this site. I recommend to everyone!

Awesome service the fishes are just like you order them! THANK YOU SO MUCH.

Wrong fish! The order came with 3 Golden Discus, instead of 1 Golden, 1 Red Marlboro, and 1 Super Red. I've been trying to get the order rectified, however I was asked to provide a picture. I provided the picture, and now I was asked to provide a video. I was unable to attach the video email for review, due to the size of it. This is poor service due to your error. Other than this issue, the fish are beautiful. They arrived healthy and alive.

My fish showed up alive and healthy, beautiful fish and true size. If this contiues i will definately order from here again and want to let all know . Great place to purchase ur fish. And want to say ty so much to i fish for sending me great fish with true size...Awesome first experiance hoping for many more!

I was really disappointed with my experienced from this store specially with the shipping. When I placed my order I specifically requested an arrival date. When I did not hear from them if they're able to fulfill my requested arrival date I assume that everything is good but the evening before my requested arrival date I haven't heard from them so I emailed them inquiring about my order and they emailed me back and stating that they didn't ship my order because they were running behind on their orders because of the holidays and some other lame excuse.I was livid and so disappointed, they didn't even have the decency to at least let me know that my order is not going to be shipped on my requested date. I wanted to cancell my order but I don't wanna deal with all the hassle of the refunds and all , so they send it to UPS store and I picked it up when I got off work that day but my fish we're so stressed being in the box for several hours so they are not doing good at all...,, poor customer service !!!!!!!!

Our order was processed quickly, packaged as described on their website, and shipped overnight (NY->CA). Followed the very detailed acclimation instructions and our 10 baby Bumblebee catfish are happy in their new home. Would not hesitate to order more fish from The iFish Store. :^ )

This was my first interaction with these folks and I am quite satisfied with the results. They were personable and were quick to stay in contact until our transaction was complete. The live fish were properly packaged and arrived without complications. What more could a person expect. I will shop with them again.
