Received my fish and one was dead upon arrival. In less than 25 hours 2 more were dead. I emailed iFish within 2 hours of the arrival death and have yet to hear back after 4 days. I’m annoyed to say the least and will not be buying from them again. I have emailed them twice so far with no response.

I have been keeping fish for 50 years & this was my first time buying from the Ifish store. My experience was nothing short of AMAZING. All my fish arrived in a very timely manner & all were healthy. One was a little tired from the trip but after following the extensive easy to follow acclimation instructions he bounced back like a champ! My Discus are all happy in their new home. had couple dead shrimp when order arrived they issued immediate credit. Great prices and easy to deal with
