I ordered fish for the first time and…
I ordered fish for the first time and payed 45$ for one day shipping and it’s been 8 days and I haven’t gotten a tracing number or my fish delivered so idk who to contact because they don’t answer the phone!

Hi Luis...your order is being shipped out today via UPS Next Day Air and you will be receiving an email today with a Tracking Number. The delay in shipment was a direct effect of the severe cold weather that hit the northern part of the US and we were informed of delays by UPS. We also couldn’t guarantee a safe and healthy trip for the fish even though we include warm packs. The $39.99 you paid for shipping is in fact for Overnight Shipping to ensure the fish only need to remain in the shipping container for ~24 hours. However, we always quarantine the fish 24-48 hours to prepare them for shipment. Then they are shipped Next Day Air. Unfortunately, the Polar Vortex really affected our shipping as we did not want to risk shipping fish in such low temperatures even though we include the warm packs. We do hope you will be pleased with the fish you’ll be receiving tomorrow and thank you for your feedback.

My fish are beautiful and healthy they arrived well packed and warm! I would highly recommend the ifishstore. The only reason I gave 4 stars is because their livestock selection is a bit limited🐟
