We always aim to provide healthy, accurately sized fish, and we understand how frustrating it can be when things don’t go as expected. As shown in the photos emailed to you and taken prior to shipping, your Cichlids were measured at approximately 3 inches, in line with the size listed. That said, we know fish can sometimes appear smaller or larger depending on their environment and tank mates, especially when stress or aggression is involved. We’re truly sorry to hear they were harmed by your Red Devil Cichlid. As you probably know, compatibility can be tricky with aggressive species, and even well-matched fish can run into trouble. We’re always happy to offer advice on tank setups and species pairing to help avoid situations like this. We genuinely appreciate your feedback and would love the chance to make things right if we can. I ordered nine fish one was dead delivery. The other eight are doing great unfortunately it was a tangerine one which I may have to order another forgot to take a picture within the 24 hour timeframe or whatever it is because I was so excited about all the other ones but all in all fish were delivered healthy and I was very impressed with the fish. It’s been over three weeks now all the fish are doing great And growing way better than any other place I’ve ordered fish from in the past over the Internet will definitely recommend doing business with them. And trust me I’ve ordered a lot of fish.From several different places. I have six large tank currently and hoping to get moreget more lol

I ordered 5 Oscars. They were all packaged separately and alive upon arrival. They are beautiful babies, and doing very well. It was wonderful to get such an assortment of different kinds that I wouldn't be able to get at a store. Thank you
