My first time using Ifish store
My first time using Ifish store. Everything was amazing. Before I ordered I e-mailed some questions and Frank answered by the end of that day. Placed my order a few weeks later and perfect! The fish came on time, most looked great but a few didn't look so good (I was afraid I was going to lose them). E-mailed Frank and he responded quickly, told me what to do and said "let's see how the night goes". Well, the next morning all were doing just fine. They look great!!! I will be using Ifish store for all my purchases in the future. Steve

Everything was great, fishes came alive and doing good so far. I gave it a 4 stars because I order it on Tuesday and it came the next Monday and fishes look smaller than 2”.

Hi Sam; Thank you for your feedback. Your fish arrived when they did because of our Quarantine process we follow prior to shipping. Once your order was placed and we selected your fish, they were quarantined for at least 24-48 hours. During this period, we closely monitored the fish to make sure they were healthy. We also did not feed them during this time in order to 'clean out' their digestive system and limit their ability to soil the water. This lessens the chance of fish dying in transit due to poor water quality. Once the quarantine process was completed, your fish were then be packed for shipment via UPS Next Day Air. Because your fish were not ready to be withdrawn from quarantine by Wednesday and we don't ship on Thursday through Saturday your order was shipped after the weekend. We rarely ship on Thursday (depending on your location) and don't ship on Friday or Saturday as these days are quite busy for UPS and we do not want to risk on-time delivery. As for the size of your Discus, we list the juveniles as ~2 inches. The will typically run between that range. We're glad that they are all doing well and hope you consider working with us again when you are ready for some new additions to your tank!
