This was my 1st time buying fish on line and they arrived late because Nebraska is underwater. The fish were fine and are doing great thanks to the instructions. I love my new fish. I highly recommend getting fish from them! I know I will be getting more in the future.

Love this store, great selection and customer service. Made a huge order and at last minute i asked to change the whole thing. They went above and beyond and the fish came in beautiful and healthy, looked as if they never left the tank. Prices are amazing.

One of my fish came with ich and is now getting worse. Haven't had that problem before
Response from The iFISH StoreMar 27, 2019
Hi Eric; Sorry to hear about the ich. We routinely inspect our fish upon receipt and prior to shipping them out. Plus we medicate our tanks to prevent/treat ich. So we are surprised to hear about your fish. But we want to ensure your satisfaction with your order. Please keep us up-to-date on the health of your fish or give us a call about treatment if you’d like. We’d be happy to help.
