Trust the images on the website!
The fish you see in the pictures look really good and enticing on the website, obviously to make you want to buy them. However the fish you receive look even better in person! The cichlids I got from here look way better than any Cichlid I’ve seen in a local pet store. 10/10 would recommend!

Recently received my Discus order
Recently received my Discus order. This was my first time ordering live fish and it could not have been easier. Pricing was perfect for what I wanted. The fish arrived healthy and were packaged very well. I did have 1 fish that was not looking great when it first went into the tank. I emailed the store and they responded within a few hours. I was also able to ask a few questions which were all answered. Overall, it was a very good experience and I would not hesitate to order again.

Communication was great
Communication was great, and the fish were packaged nicely. The fish were slightly larger than I expected, but that is a good thing. Only concern is there is one that has a messed up eye. It's impossible to get a picture because bloodfin tetras do not sit still. His eye is kinda bulged out, though besides that he seems very healthy and active.

I love The fish store
I love The fish store. The fish are healthy and beautiful. They actually care about the well being of the fish after shipping. They call and clarify that the personalities of the fish are compatible for the same tank. I will always buy my fish from them in the future. Thank you.

the fish were healthy and in good condition. it would have been nice to know shipping date and arrival date.

We always send out an email to the email address you provided with the order that provides the shipping date and Tracking Number so you will know precisely when your fish will arrive. You also should have received an order confirmation email when you placed the order. Did you not receive either email or just not the shipping notification?
