First time I use your site, basically first time I order fish on line. Very easy all fish arrived in good condition (none died) You had a great selection. Easy to use website. I will definitely recommend your site to others and I will order from you again. I checked with local pet store and they would have cost almost twice as much

The fish arrived on time, although the delivery guy didn’t ring the doorbell, they just assume if you have a video doorbell, you don’t have to push the button, but they should. My fish are doing great as small as they are. The run when they need to but they are so healthy and thriving so well that I am truly impressed. Next ones I order will be larger. It’s so much fun watching them interact with each other and their new tank family. Thank you Judith

First time ordering fish on line. Was concerned with weather being from northeast Wisconsin 30 degrees and snow in the forecast.Frank notified me of time of shipment leaving New York normal delivery by 10:30 am ,right on the money. Little concerned when I opened the box , no heat pack , fish were sluggish, to be expected. One week later all 6 discus still swimming and eating. Did take twice as much time acclimating the fish then what the directions recommended. Would recommend Frank and ifish ,will order again when weather is a little more mild, maybe by July .Thanks ifish store ,Michael Roberts

Hello Angie; We're happy to see that you are pleased with your fish. With regard to notification of shipment, we send out a shipment notification email with UPS Tracking Information the day we ship your order. It is automated in our system and is executed with every order we ship. We do know that sometimes our emails to customers end up in SPAM folders depending on their email service provider. You may want to check in there to see if that was the situation and as a heads up for us to know, should you choose to order again, that we can reliably reach you. Please let us know if this was the situation. Thank you for your feedback and for your business.
