Excellant customer service!!!
Excellant customer service, this is the 3rd time I've ordered from ifish.com and everytime they come earlier then expected and each individually bagged with the correct necessities,(hot/cold pack) I always get updates about when delivery is, I ordered right before the covid-19 lockdown and one of their employees kept in contact with me, I decided to add to my order and everything went off without a hitch I will continue to order from this company the fish are always healthy and adapt well to their new surroundings, and they all have excellent color.

Customer service takes weeks to get…
Customer service takes weeks to get back to you. I ordered 6 fish from them, only one is still alive. I also wasn’t even sent the same discus as I ordered. (Ordered red melon, received super red). All around a disappointing company.

Hello Christa; We are very sorry this has been your experience with us. With respect to the Discus we can assure you that we sent Red Melons rather than Marlboros. You had ordered 2 inch juveniles and at that age their colors and distinctive markings can sometimes be very muted. Over the next several weeks with proper tank parameters (Temp: 86, pH: 6.8) and a healthy diet (high protein) you should see your Discus develop into what a typical red melon discus would look like at a more adult age. We apologize for the delay in responding to you and we have to admit that amid the Coronavirus mandates in NY where we reside, we have had our hands full in addressing all issues thrust upon our business. Still, that is no excuse for the delayed response in an area we take great pride in...our dedication to good customer service. That being said, we will be providing you with a refund on your order. It has been processed already and you should see it immediately. We hope that in time, you will consider giving us another try and are very appreciative of your feedback.
