Hello George; Thank you for your review. We’d like to clarify a few details for accuracy and transparency. Our records show that your order was placed on 12/28/25, not 12/24. As posted on our website prior to the holidays, 12/14 was the last day to order for delivery before Christmas, and all orders placed after that date were scheduled to begin shipping the week of January 5th due to carrier limitations and fish safety during the holiday period. Your order was still well within our stated 7–10 business day processing timeframe at the time of your request. That said, we fully understand your frustration, and as requested, we issued a full refund including shipping. We always aim to be as transparent as possible with timelines and policies and appreciate the opportunity to clarify. We wish you the best moving forward.
