Thank you so much for the wonderful service you have. All of the fish we're meticulously packed. They arrived safely and healthy. The instructions you gave were great. They are happy and settled into their new home.

I have never bought fish online but do to the times I put in a order. I ordered the smaller fish and didn’t expect much. The colors on all of them were phenomenal. Exceeded my expectations. Will order again down the road

Hi Todd, Glad you are happy with your fish! Our system automatically sends a shipping confirmation email whenever a package is shipped. In checking your order, your shipping email was sent on June 2nd to the email you provided when you placed your order. We do know that there are times our notification emails have been sent to SPAM folders. The question would be whether you received our order confirmation email when you first placed the order to verify that our emails are making it through any firewalls you may have setup. Just a heads up on the fact that we do send a shipping confirmation email the day your order ships and that you may want to check your SPAM folder. We'd like to thank you for taking the time to provide this feedback and for your business!

Amazing! The fish arrived in great shape. The day after introducing to new tank they were active and curious. By the third day colors started to brighten. I will be ordering from iFISH again very soon.

Although I had a problem - iFish quickly took care of the issue. I believe that how a business handles issues demonstrates a business you can trust. Very happy with the quality of the pond fish that arrived.
