Great fish and great service. Next day shipping was delayed by UPS (in the midst of a pandemic), but the fish were packed very well and we had only 1 loss (out of 30+ fish in 90+ degree summer heat)for which we were graciously offered refund or credit. It's worth noting that my order still included the promotional free fish and aggressive pricing. What more can a customer want? I did do my part by being home to accept delivery, following acclimation instructions, and providing multiple pictures of the dead fish on the day of delivery. It's a reasonable ask to have received the service I did. 10/10 looking forward to ordering again!
