It took a little while but I understand…
It took a little while but I understand when you run out of things it happens but it was great and they still are doing great in the tank

Only complaint is I was not notified they were coming the day they did. Otherwise happy healthy beautiful fish!

Highly recommend
fish arrived and are now in the new pond doing GREAT! EXCELLENT customer service. The koi are absolutely beautiful and we are so happy with the selection we received with the mixed asst. They came out of the shipping container active and healthy looking. I have had other ponds in the past and ordered fish online several times. I have never experienced such excellent customer service or received fish in such excellent condition! They barely even seemed stressed. We will definitely be returning customers and highly recommend this company to everyone. Thank you so much for your help making our beautiful pond a success!

The 3 fish were beautiful, then death
The 3 fish were beautiful. After one week, only one of the 3 have survived. I’ve been operating my 90 gallon tank for 10 yrs. although I’ve had losses local stores stand behind their sales. Very dissatisfied. I’ll buy locally here after, as I have always done in the past. $100 for one 3” fish.

Hello Mark; We're sorry to hear that two of your Cichlids perished; especially since you seem to have been pleased with their appearance when you received them. We do have a Live Arrival Guarantee but are also willing to work with customers to understand why fish perish after several days. We would have been happy to open communication with you and discuss what you observed, what tank parameters you were maintaining, tankmates, food and feeding schedule. We certainly can appreciate that you are a longtime fishkeeper and are not questioning your expertise. We have had great luck with our Cichlids and when we have some perish in customer tanks, we like to pursue it. We wish you would have contacted us. Again, we're sorry this was your experience with us and also hope you'd be willing to work with us again now that we've expressed how we like to support our customers.

4.5. Larger, brighter, active fish. Just a bit frayed.
4.5. The fish arrived in a very timely manner. They were of a sufficient size that they can hold their own amongst the established (larger) fish in the tank. Most importantly, the colors were as expected. Often I seem to get grey minnows when I was promised bright colors. iFISH sent BRIGHT fish. Very vibrant colors. My only knock was that the pectoral fins looked quite frayed - sufficiently that I'm treating with an antifungal as a precaution.
