Hello Wade; Unfortunately, we are dealing with occasional UPS delays in our Overnite Shipping due to COVID and that was the direct cause for 2 out of 3 of your cichlids perishing. Thank you for notifying us. We were happy to refund you for the 2 cichlids but, nevertheless, wish you had a better experience with us.
